"Went to this store this morning based on feedback online. Person in shop couldn't have been more dis-interested in helping or offering advice. I have an aquarium coming next week and had googled getting the tank ready for use and had researched the tank cycle phase etc. I asked a couple of basic "general" questions and received short "smart" answers to such an extent where I just shut down the conversation and said "I'll leave it - thanks" Do yourself a favour and find another store if you need help."
