"Very disappointed with our experience. Staff were extremely slow and seemed like they had no interest. Ordered 3 99s conesfor the kids. Handed them to me without flakes but had charged for them. When I asked told they had known. Before leaving seen him taking them out of a box. Floor and tables were filthy and it wasn't busy."
