"Ho acquistato un pacchetto da 16 ore totali (12 ore di pratica e 4 di teoria) spendendo 440 euro. Però di pratica effettiva col kite in mano avrò fatto sì e no 4 ore, quindi molte di meno delle 12 previste nel mio corso: nonostante abbia pagato per riuscire a diventare autonomo, pienamente indipendente, non sono ancora in grado di alzarmi sulla tavola e navigare. Quando ho espresso le mie perplessità alla scuola mi è stato risposto che nelle 12 ore complessive dovevano essere inclusi anche i tempi morti necessari per: a) Indossare l'imbragatura; b) Raggiungere il motoscafo; c) Spostarsi nella parte di lago dove soffia il vento; d) Fare la mia lezione; e) Assistere allo svolgimento delle lezioni degli altri partecipanti presenti sulla barca; f) Tornare a riva; g) Ripiegare il kite; h) Consegnare l'attrezzatura. Giunto alla fine del corso, considerando le poche ore in cui ho effettivamente gestito tavola e vela, non ritengo di essere pronto a svolgere questa attività in modo autonomo e sicuro per me e per gli altri. Pertanto ritengo che il pacchetto venduto dalla scuola non sia adeguato al raggiungimento di quanto proposto nella descrizione. Avrebbero dovuto dirmi fin dal principio che di quelle 12 ore di pratica quelle effettive (o reali) erano molte di meno! I bought a package of 16 hours total (12 hours of practice and 4 hours of theory) for 440 euros. But of actual practice (with the kite in hand!) I may have done more or less 4 hours, so much less than the 12 hours planned in my course. Although I paid to be able to become autonomous, fully independent, I am still not able to get up on the board and navigate by myself. When I expressed my perplexities to the school, I was told that the 12 hours would also have included the downtime needed to: a) Wear the harness; b) Reach the speedboat; c) Move to the part of the lake where the wind blows; d) Do my lesson; e) Attend the lessons of the other participants on the boat; f) Return to shore; g) Fold the kite; h) Hand over the equipment. At the end of the course, considering the few hours in which I actually managed board and sail, I do not think I am ready to carry out this activity independently and safely for me and the others. Therefore I believe that the package sold by the school is not adequate to achieve what is promised in the description. They should have told me from the beginning that of those 12 hours of practice the actual (or real) ones were much less!"
