Tesco Superstore

"Very disappointed with the cafe on the 22nd January. the Honeycomb hot chocolate was not as advertised with no honeycomb sprinkles and lukewarm at best, and refused to put Strawberry shot in a hot chocolate for the wife. As that was for frappe only!!!. There were no table manners at all, and the spoon was bent at a 90° angle. Why was that given out? And floors were messy."

"Love Tescos in Hednesford staff always helpful, well stocked with vegan and vegetarian food. range of clothing and accessories to look at. A restaurant to have a bite and drink if you wish."

"Shocked to find that there is no provision for heating baby food in cafe while adults have meal. Staff did supply bowl of hot water to try to heat up a baby meal (didn't work). Asda do provide microwave and bottle warmers in their cafe, will in future have to use Asda. Do Tesco really think that guardians will be happy eating food and leaving babies without? I asked if they did any baby food but there was nothing, unbelievable"

"Wasn't in pressed by this tesco it was really untidy and not very clean the hand set I had was covered in crisps and chocolate/biscuits clearly not been cleaned before been put back for the next customer, food stock levels was poor and the layout of the store wasn't great will not be revisiting"

"I only ask that tiger rolls/baguettes are available early evenings. I work all day and when i come here after 5pm the tiger rolls are invariably gone 90% of the times i visit. All else is good and the store is clean and well laid out."
