"Customer service is terrible, why they would become a post office when they can’t even serve shop customers in an orderly fashion is beyond me. I waited over ten minutes to collect medication when I was the only person in line for the post office as the employee on the till continued to serve other customers whilst looking at me knowing full well I had been waiting longer, this used to be an amazing and friendly place to shop but now the staff are rude and non welcoming, would not recommend."
