"I called today to use the post office service for the first time .I found the lady behind the counter to be abrupt,rude and unfriendly .I will not be using this service again or visiting the store ."

"Normally wouldn't leave a bad review but this is the second time I've bought a frozen food item from this One Stop and found that inside the container there is clear signs of repeated defrosting/refreezing over a long period. I just bought a Viennetta only to find a disgusting yellow lump at the end of the ice cream and it looked like it had been crushed within the package. In addition, the staff were more interested in chatting than serving customers."

"The post office franchise is a shambles expecting children of any age be standing away and out of sight from their parents while the post office is being used by the parent. Rude staff need to organise their store better and have signs that don't make children sound like they don't matter. Owners are more bothered about themselves not their customers and the customers children who need to be watched closely who have used their stores for years and years. Won't be using again, being honest any decent minded parent would avoid as well!!!"

"sometimes expensive but great deals because my dad wanted to open my mums christmas present even though he was the one who got it her so my mum got angry and gave my dad her present cause my mum didn’t like skittles and my dad does i was laughing cause he wanted to open them really bad he asked my mum about 10 times"
