"I was with this company for a number of months before I decided enough was enough, the bins were never clean how they should be, after complaining and sending photos of the bins I was given a re clean at which point a better job was done. It seemed you can't have.what you're paying for till you have complained a few times. The job these people do is so unsatisfactory. I had times where the bin was out and they've not been cleaned, at one point they cleaned the neighbours bin from 2 doors away and still charged me! Currently waiting for my refund which was due a week ago."
