"I needed a deep carpet clean done on my 1 bed apartment, shortly after moving in. There had been a pungent and stubborn smell hanging specifically in my storage room, as well as in the carpet throughout the apartment in general. It had not been cleaned in years, so I couldn't feel at home. Charles came by and did an excellent, thorough job treating and deep cleaning the entirety of my carpet. He was friendly and informative, and did a meticulous job start to finish.
