"I met Trudy a few years ago from a recommendation by a friend. At that stage in my life, I was in constant pain in my legs, ankles and shoulders. After an initial assessment, Trudy compiled a letter for me to take to my GP. I saw Trudy for massage, exercise and acupuncture to help with my pain. Because of the letter, I was then sent to see a consultant at the orthopedic hospital in Oswestry. Last year I had a bilateral knee replacement. The hospital would only let me home if I had a good Physiotherapist to see straight away. Trudy, of course was my goto person, she's been supporting me in exercise, she's taught me to walk again, massage for my scars and general support. It was Trudy that noticed a couple of weeks ago I wasn't myself, I told her I'd seen a Dr but she was so concerned that she gave me a letter and sent me to A&E. I am now been treated for a pre blood contact. I can't thank Trudy enough for what she has done for me."
