They high charges should mean they have extra funds available to get agency staff. Animals are precious. My Tilly will be stressed for another month as nobody has any availability."
"When I first booked online the system booked my appointment in the wrong town and would not allow me to cancel online. I had to call that store to cancel the appointment and actually go into macclesfield store to book one in the correct place (4weeks later!) Once the appointment date arrived I waited up after my night shift for that alone and when we arrived in the store I was told I could not have the appointment because someone had called in sick and that my phone number wasn't working for them (it's working just fine for everyone else!) After this complete letdown she actually had the gall to ask if I wanted to rebook my appointment?! Why on earth would I want to do that?! I will choose a company that actually provides the service it advertises and has a concept of customer service!"
