"Nice lady, but unfortunately not skilled enough to do a proper grooming for the breed of dog that I have...if you want a basic clip then you will be ok , but anything more specialised then I would avoid Having seen the reply from the Groomer I take issue with a few points raised..my dog is not to young to be styled and has since been done in line with look of the breed, 2nd the Knots were exaggerated..I appreciate there were some (it’s difficult to consistently groom a very boisterous puppy) but it can’t have taken “ hours” to get them out as he was only there for 1 1/2 hours in total! Like I said in my first post she was a lovely lady and I’m not out to be nasty or put a downer on her business, I’m just leaving an honest review that in my experience a basic groom with shears she would probably do a good job, but anything more specialised with hand stripping may be a bit more challenging"

"I have a much pampered& very hairy jack Russell called Ziggy who loves going to Pat . She does an excellent job & he always looks much better when I pick him up . I have been taking Ziggy there for as long as I can remember & would not trust anybody else with him & would not dream of going anywhere else . Thanks Pat ."

"I only came here because I saw some good reviews, what a mistake and now I am only leaving this review to save some other poor dog the indignity of her work. I’ve never seen such poor work in my life. She obviously does not have any training or does not she know what a mini schnauzer should look like. I will need to take him to another groomer now to try and salvage this uneven attempt at grooming. This mistake will take at least a year to rectify. I am so astonished that she calls herself a professional. Do yourself a favour and avoid. You can say that he had a few knots but now he has no skirt and looks like chihuahua mixed with a meerkat. He looks like he was in a street fight and not a groomers. What a fool I was for paying anything when I left and not demanding compensation for the mess you made. I now realise any other good review is probably her friends and family. It is hard to think that one hour with her will cause me now years of grief and hard work."
