"Took my Cairn terrier this morning for her 1st groom for a while (like a long while). I contacted her through Facebook where she has a lot more of a presence. Explained how Betty is old and a very nervous dog(scared of her own shadow) and has problems with itchy skin. She assured me that the products she uses are natural but I could bring a prescribed shampoo if she had one. It was nice to read on Facebook that she only has one dog in at a time, has won awards for her grooming in the past, explains what products she uses. I felt confident in choosing her. It was her first time going here so I was a bit nervous, but I didn't need to be. She discussed what length and style I wanted. Betty happily went in, and didn't bother when I left. Collected her an hour and a quarter later, to a happy dog who looked amazing. She so soft, her cut is fantastic. I don't think she's ever had such a good cut before. Highly recommend. You do have to book in advance though, which I think is a sign of a good groomer. I will be taking Betty there again."
