"booked a double bed and got the tiniest room available , landlady was snide , the bed couldn’t fit a toddler , you can hear everything the walls are paper thin, there is only one toilet and one shower in the entire place"
"A very warm welcome. Room was a tad on the small side, but it had all you need. The TV was very small, but it worked OK. The shower room was also small- a 2ft shower tray- so that was a bit of a problem. The shower worked well, but the flow was very low. We were at the back so there was no traffic noise. Breakfast was fine. BH not really our cup of tea, but fine if you are on a budget."
"You are sure of a warm welcome. Sadly, the room was quite small. It did have the necessary 'fixtures and fittings,' but if you are used to space then you will be dissapointed. The TV was tiny. The shower room was very small too. The shower itself was 2ft square, so if you are on the large size you are in trouble. The extractor fan droned on, so I turned it of outside. Breakfast was OK. You will eat at a fairly large wooden kitchen table. All-in-all ok, but not what we are used to. Ok if you are on a budget."
"Lovely landlady. Made us welcome. Good breakfast. Problems - single bed very very small as you could NOT roll over from one side to the other.Rdges of mattress had also collapsed. Only one toilet for 4 bedrooms upstairs. Good shower though in the toilet room."
