"Worst experience of my life. After contacting Sophia to arrange a full day session for a back tattoo, I was left with sporadic replies and no follow up after paying the expected deposit. I informed her I would be travelling from Newcastle to Grimsby, as I was under the false pretence that she was a reputable artist. After undertaking the almost 4 hour drive in storm Eunice and heavy snow, I was met with rude passive aggression from herself and her even ruder tattoo partner. They claimed that as I was 13 minutes later than expected for my full day appointment, that although I had driven 4 hours, I was “disrespectful” and would have to reschedule. I explained I had left from my home in Newcastle at 7:15am and it was merely 11:13am, however the rudeness only escalated. Sophia stated that I should have called her from behind the car wheel, to alert her to the 13 minute delay. It was utterly bemusing to me, how travelling nearly 150 miles, was viewed as disrespectful but completely wasting my time, energy and money was not. So £70 of petrol later, and a £50 deposit down the drain, I’m empty handed, physically exhausted from the 7+ hour round trip, and emotionally battered after being treated as if I’d done something severely morally reprehensible, by arriving just under 15 minutes late for a full day appointment. Would never book with her again, and I advise anyone else who is thinking of doing so to not bother wasting your time, energy or money. Utterly disgusted and severely disappointed. The male especially, needs to take some lessons in customer service skills, compassion and decorum. Would give 0 stars if I could, and will be sharing my experience online and through word of mouth."

"Had an absolutely amazing experience today! It's such a welcoming atmosphere and everyone is so friendly. Sophia did my tattoo and honestly it's absolutely lovely I couldn't be more in love with it. She was so kind and supportive which was great as this was my first tattoo and all I can say is ill definitely be coming back at some point ❤️"
