"Staff was rude, got told I couldn't sell my headphones due to hygiene even though they was brand new never used and they sell used headphones, dirty ice skaters boots and sweaty gym gear, dirty bikes. very unhappy and have been 6 times going into this store. I have shopped for 10 years and this year everything has dropped including the respect, I will start taking my business to CEX and Cash-In as they actually want to help customers and not mug them off!"

"Called up 2 days ago to ask if I can to pay for my mobile over the phone, they said that I couldn't and I had to get someone to extend it for me, i asked what time they close and the man said I had to get somebody down to pay for an extention until I can get home from Scotland from work, the man told me they close at 6pm and to be here before qaurter to!!! Had a friend go all the way from North Summercoates (30 min drive) and he arrived at ten past 5 and was told they where closed!!! I will be calling up the store in the morning and if they won't honour what was said on the phone to me then I will write another review and let you all know if this store is just a bunch of lying thieves or if the mistake is genuine and they honour what was said.......to be continued"
