Reviews of Mappleton Beach
"Free Parking and Toilets on site. Beach is magnificent to the right hand side. Turn left to Hornsea and it's not as good with large pebbles and stones. Coastal erosion is clearly evident and be aware of the warning signs for unexploded military ordinance."
"This is such a lovely little beach to go to, small parking area with carpark and toilet facilities. Does get busy in the summer months"
"Went on a fossil hunt, very cold and windy day. Small person enjoyed and found a few things to add to his collection. Free parking but only a small amount of spaces. Easy access to beach down a moderate incline. Well worth a visit"
"A lovely unspoilt beach, difficult / impossible to access the beach in a standard wheel chair, but you can go down to the beach on the road which is steep but worth it if you can manage it. View from the car park is worth a visit too. We went to watch the sun rise early start at 0520, but worth it."
