"Future brides & grooms AVOID. We went in the Stafford store 12 weeks prior to our wedding and ordered our wedding bands coming to £900 total, got told mine could take 8 weeks, which was fine as we left the extra time. I rang after 7 weeks and asked for an update- they'd taken our money but hadn't actually ordered my ring, causing me stress, still now 3 weeks until our wedding. Nowhere else has enough time to order this 18ct wishbone ring, they said they will reorder and "hopefully it will be here in time, if not you can borrow a plain band for the day" offered me a measly £50 store credit, I said I can't buy anything there for that amount I want £50 off my order, they refused. I'm now in the lead up to my wedding stressed out that I'll be "borrowing" a ring nothing like the one I've ordered and so won't be getting those special up close photos on my big day, of a ring that's not mine. Wish we went elsewhere."
