"Fantastic Jewellers. some great products inside, but i Started using these after i took my partners Armani watch into another place to be repaired. (which after them keeping it for 2 months still hadn't done it so i got it back) Took it into Ian Stone's and they assessed it and advised the internals needed replacing and would be similar if not more than the original value. Loved that he was honest about the value but it was more sentimental value so it was repaired irrelevant of cost. The parts had to be ordered in so i think it took 3 or 4 weeks for the repair and was perfect when it came back. now just recently my partner caught her finger in the car door as it closed and it snapped her engagement ring. Took it into Ian Stones and its been cleaned and repaired in about a week. No damage is visible and the rest has even been cleaned up and looks as good as the day I bought it! highly recommended"
