"The staff at PR Jones are fantastic. I wanted to buy a new watch and I was looking to spend about £400 so I could buy a good quality one. I purchased a Citizen Eco-Drive, which is quite a complicated watch to set up. After trying several times myself I went into PR Jones and the gentleman said straight away that he thought he knew what the problem was and how to fix it. Within half an hour it was sorted. For me it was quite frustrating, so for them to sort it so quickly was fantastic. I also received the same excellent service last time I used them. I would highly recommend them to any one.
