"I don't usually leave reviews, but after my appalling experience with the company I feel it is necessary. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They had my phone for a week and didn't contact me. I went in and they said they hadn't looked at it yet. Another week went by with no contact so i went to the shop again. They said it might be the screen and would cost £200. I said I'd just have my phone back. It took THREE WEEKS to return it, no contact (again) and failed promises to post it."
"Recently visited Leek Mobiles (Derby Street, Leek, Staffordshire) to replace battery and screen protector for an iPhone. While waiting Joe (employee) said it wouldn’t be long, I looked at various mobiles in their shop front window. To my surprise upgrading to a newer iPhone was not outside my budget. Joe informed me about a particular mobile I had seen which I then purchased. However after a week of not using the upgraded iPhone I went back to Leek Mobiles. I explained to Joe, that I didn’t want the iPhone but wanted to look at a newer model. Again Joe was extremely helpful in providing me with information on different models. I found one model I liked and a price agreed upon. Very happy with the customer service and repairs carried out. Highly recommend."
