"Poor service, everytime I need a prescription and my doctors send it here I know I’m in for a issue.. prescription was emailed yesterday at 11am.. I tried call today at 2pm see if it’s ready ( it never normally is? No idea why 24hrs is not enough time ) again no answer. Popped down and they got it ready while I waited, because obviously it was not ready as I expected. And clearly I was interrupting their conversation.. not that this stopped them carrying on and discussing it laughing, I just found it very unprofessional. There was a blonde lady helping and she was very nice and I could tell she didn’t think it was great the staff having personal conversations being very loud and unaware. Eventually a black lady who was clearly having a great time joking around and having a laugh with the pharmacist came across to give me my prescription I got the prescription bag to walk off she shouted me back as she needed to scan them out (I had no idea as she wasn’t talking to me just laughing with the guy ) I then went to go as she shouted to say I needed to sign and passed me a pen and the prescription and then WALKED OFF still talking to the pharmacist laughing hysterically! luckily the blonde colleague came across and got the prescription. Extremely rude and not customer focused at all. I’m all for having fun at work it’s what makes the job enjoyable… but still remain professional.. your dealing with medication. No wounder this pharmacy has terrible reviews."

"The staff just actively ignores customers. My partner always busy Clinique in Debenhams but this time decided to come to this place. We waited for 10 minutes just seeing staff ignoring us. Eventually we managed to flag one down just to be informed that the Clinique person will be there after 11am even though the shop is opened since 9am?!?!? She also said that she can't help us and just left."

"Got a flu jab for my wife and myself. Easy and painless. Staff were busy but helpful and efficient. Friendly too. Many thanks. Recommended. They have added some self service tills at the exit that we found quick and easy to use. Nice, well stocked shop."
