"Debra at Hope vets is wonderful with our cats. We had to take one of our rescue cats to see Debra I was a little concerned as Fluffy hadn't been to a vet other than when she was a kitten for spaying, she is now 11yrs old and sadly Fluffy has a growth in her throat. She is on meds to help. As I said Debra is so good with the cats, puts them at ease. I wouldn't take our animals anywhere else."
"An easily accessible carpark with disabled bays close to the door lead to a good sized waiting area. The reception staff are friendly and helpful - and efficient to clear up little accidents. Once in to see the vets their knowledge and professionalism is obvious as they gather information, check what needs to be done and explain exactly what they propose to do if they need to take a patient out of sight. Alongside their ability to deal gently with the nervous patient - even if they have a tendency to claw first and ask questions later! - the vet staff are greatly appreciated for their attitude and approach"
