"Myself and my partner would just like to say a massive thank you to all of the team for everything they have done for our baby, Moose. Moose was just 8 weeks old when we lost him and the whole team were absolute incredible. They did everything they possibly could for him and gave him the most dignified ending. We were also given a beautiful card with his paw print and fur. Everyone went above and beyond for us and we are eternally grateful. From ourselves and Moose, thank you and we hope that our baby will go on to help you."

"We took Moose our very large dog for vaccination and about a lump next to his private parts ( Willy) . From initial phone call the receptionist was very nice and helpful, then when we arrived we were given the choice of being seen at our car if we felt uncomfortable sitting with Moose in reception, which I thought was great to be given that option. We did decide to sit with Moose inside and wait and the space in reception area enabled us to steer clear of trouble. Moose is usually anxious which makes him bark and appear aggressive when in the vets but he behave wonderfully with only one barking and pulling episode which only lasted a few seconds as someone passed us with two larger dogs . The vet was wonderful she handled Moose very well putting him at ease , therefore we also felt calmer . She examined him gently and administered his vaccination with ease . She explained our options and although we are worried about what she will find with the tests we trust her judgment and that Moose will be looked after . We are due back next week for a needle biopsy which should be testing with Moose being awake ."

Our Snow was in critical condition and they saved his life ❤️ He spent there 2 nights and every few hours we've been receiving updates about the treatment and his improvement which helped us survive the hardest time. "We have only needed to use Lime Trees Vets 3 times so far (twice for vaccinations). Once for an injury and I couldn't fault them. Easy to get an appointment. Seem relatively well priced (as much as vets can be). Attentive reception, support and vet staff. React well to our anxious dog who can seem frightening when she gets agitated. Ample free parking Open on a Saturday. Very pleased so far."

"I've used them a few times recently due to my cat developing some health issues. Really convenient with being close to the A50 and having a good size car park. Nice and airy inside and team are friendly. I've always been able to get an appointment when I've needed one and had no issues with treatment. All very good and professional service. Prices are in line with other local vets."
