"Shaun did an amazing job on re-plating and polishing three of my rings in the summer; by far the best job of any I have previously had done elsewhere. I then took a Breitling watch for a polish. I was absolutely confident he would do a good job, but I still wasn’t prepared for the amazing result he produced. The watch is flawless - it looks in showroom condition. Shaun clearly knows his stuff and is absolutely passionate about what he does. He takes time to explain the procedure and works very quickly..it was ready the following day. Top notch service."

"It's a real shame there's only 5 stars to rate Shaun at this fabulous jewellery shop. I took my late Mums engagement ring in for an estimate a couple of months ago thinking it beyond repair after she had fallen a lot. I collected it yesterday and was completely overwhelmed when I saw it. He has completely rebuilt it and replaced the stones, it looks just like I remember it when I was a little girl. The ring is nearly 70 years old and is being passed to my daughter. I've also bought presents for friends here too. Always find something suitable and elegant. Shaun also kept in regular contact and emailed pictures during the different stages of repair. Highly recommend for the excellent customer service and his craftsmanship would be hard to find elsewhere. Very reasonably priced too."
