"Fitted a new boiler Phoenix Has in Stoke fitted new part, then condemned the boiler and were unable to fit a new one as they were only dealing with Corporate customers and told us to call back in 2 weeks to see if situation had changed! Left two frail OAPs with no heating! Our experience with Youngs could not have been better. Ashley & Brad, the fitters, were polite, efficient and didn’t make a mess. Plus they were significantly cheaper than 2 other quotes. Would definitely use again."
