"Having been advised by a mechanic that my air con was broken due to a broken o-ring on the return valve, I decided to contact National Aircon to come and have a look. Martin came to my house and quickly diagnosed the fault, which was most definitely not the o-ring. Martin had the correct replacement part in his stock and was able to replace it and re-gas my car within an hour. I now have a lovely cold car! "I contacted this company late on a Sunday night, I didnt expect contact until the following day. Within minutes of me submitting my enquiry I had a call. I spoke with a lovely gentleman called Martin that was really friendly and booked me in for the that week. He had an idea what the issue was with the car and offered to bring the part with him, Martin arrived on time and called in the morning to let me know his ETA. Upon arrival Martin was friendly and well presented, he promptly got on with the job, diagnosed the fault and showed me exactly what the issue was, no smoke screens total honesty, he repaired the fault and got my aircon back up and running. He provided me with a lifetime warranty with the part he installed. I had some issues after installation but Martin didn't back away or hide and was happy to book me back in. I took the car to be diagnosed as the fault was intermittent, so couldn't have been the new unit, turned out to be the fuse box. Martin bent over backwards to ensure the issue was dealt with. I will use Martin again in the future and will recommend him to friends without hesitation. If I could give Martin 10 Stars I would."
