Found this place to be fully stocked with essential items for aquariums - from custom made tanks to filters to fishes and fish foods you'd find them here. Also, the staff were very knowledgeable since they have years of experience and history at this business."

"I confirmed with a male member off staff to be there at 9am for scissor sharpening. At 9.30 he wasn't there so I politely asked where he was and if she knew how long he would be. I got very abrupt response saying he was stuck in traffic, i felt very uncomfortable after this, I was shocked at how rude she was. So I stood looking at the fish and the tanks looked dirty. When he fianally arrived he stormed past me throwing his sandwiches on the desk having a good old winge to the female staff while I stood still waiting. I explained to him I was in a bit of a rush and I was late for work at this point so could he please Service my scissors? His response was even more rude than hers. He again Shouted very abrupt saying it's not his fault he was stuck in traffic, so he balled at me to go somewhere else. His tone was so abrupt my daughter was scared so I was forced to go. I felt very intimidated and poorly treated as a new customer. An apology was never offered. I would not recommend this place at all, stear clear"
