"I am satisfied with my visit and the outcome. However, I’m not sure I will use them again as I felt my vet perhaps lacked exotic pet knowledge. I probably should have enquired beforehand regarding this. I like to be talked through my pets health and treatment to feel satisfied and I feel this could have been better. I feel the treatment of my exotic pet was perhaps decided on a generalised pet approach rather than pet specific."

"Stef the vet i seen was very professional. She was very chatty to me and my dog, she put the dog at ease as his heart rate was racing but after cuddles with him he didn't even notice that she had vaccinated him. She also was asking me questions and giving great advice to me on how to settle him before coming to vets. The receptionists were very friendly and welcoming. Michelle went above and beyond to help me save money by introducing me to the care plan."

"Our two dogs have been with Vets4pets from being puppies, they are now 9 years old. They have had many health problems over these years. We have always had absolute trust in Vet4pets and that has been justified. They all care about their clients from the friendly and efficient reception staff through to nurses and vets. There has never been a health problem they could not put right. One of our dogs had to have an operation on his cruciate ligament, we were so concerned but the staff team put our minds at rest. I cannot praise this team enough for the way the operation went from beginning to recuperation. Everything was explained clearly to us, we were given written guide lines too. There was also a fantastic letter from the surgeon who did the operation with his explanation for not wearing the usual after surgery collar. This worked so well and our dog was soon on the road to recovery, he has never looked back or had a further problem with the leg. We really admire this team and always recommend them to people."
