"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! USE WITH CAUTION! We advise the staffing that the business premises was to be closed down in Feb 2022. However, this was not sufficient and they subsequently still invoiced us for 3 months post closure of the business. Would highly advise at choosing a different company for your cleaning services. RESPONSE: We actually didn't "relocate" the business. You visited another business site owned by another subsidiary. It was a completely different business sector. Thats not a relocation. We had informed our cleaner that we was closing the practice down because the landlord had signed another lease agreement with another tenant and therefore we won't be requiring your services. This was even communicated to the cleaner via the communications book that we had set up. We emailed to say invoice in lieu because it was the only way to stop you invoicing us on an infinite perpetual basis for absolutely no work since April 2022. Your company still deserves the 1*. I would give it 0* if i could."
