"I came to Cliffs Trent Clinic to have a gallbladder removal surgery. I was very nervous and frightened of being put to sleep but the nurses kindly reassured me and told me not to worry. Once the surgery was over, I woke up in the recovery room with two nurses looking after me. Unfortunately I cannot remember their names but they were absolutely amazing. They never left me alone. They were truly angels in disguise. The overall care given by the doctors and nurses is phenomenal. The admin team were brilliant too. If your thinking about booking at Trents Cliff, do it....the service and care is fantastic."
"Hernia Operation Attended Trent Cliffs 3 October 2022 for a hernia operation. In advance, I was clearly informed about my appointment, fasting requirements and sandwiches menu for a post operation meal. Pre operation, the consultant, Mr. Srinivasan Balachandra clearly explained the keyhole procedure he was going to carry out and in the operation theatre the Anesthetist put me at ease before putting me to sleep. Post operation, nurses Danielle and Kaye made me comfortable and kindly ensured that I was well looked after and provided easy to understand post op routines. Overall, thank you for providing me with your high level of duty of care during my stay at Trent Cliffs."
