"Came nicely a few times, while here did a good job at cleaning, was quite happy i even upgraded my package and paid upfront. they stopped coming then and no contact. tried calling messages and email. they jst stopped responding. no one ever came back and i was never refunded the excess i paid. I felt stolen from tbh.its sad coz i quite liked their service. 3 stars taken off for the theft. yes theft because i was never refunded and they didnt care anymore"
"Unfortunately I have been left with no choice to leave a bad review…at first this company seemed to tick all the boxes. Booked for 2weekly cleans they just stopped coming (due to bank holiday in some cases) I addressed this with the owner and asked if my day could be moved to avoid such big gaps. After chasing for 5 days for a reply I hired another cleaner and requested my key back. I got a response that day to say they would move my day if I still wanted or did I want to still cancel: I confirmed I wished to cancel and could I have my key back that was 23rd Jan. I am still awaiting my key, last time promised to me last week, still no sign, they show they have read my messages which is very concerning, I am now having to change my locks."
"AVOID!! Unfortunately we have had a really bad experience with this company. We trusted them to clean our entire portfolio of properties and it has been a nightmare from the start: cleaners turning up to the wrong properties, properties not cleaned to a good standard, cleaners not returning keys, cleaners not turning up and then not being able to get hold of anyone for days to find out why. As at the time of writing this review i have been trying to get hold of someone to find out when the missed cleans will be done. They are now 10 days overdue. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!"
