"Avoid at all costs!!! This company will sell you a dream and deliver on nothing. If the cleaner they employ doesn’t do the work set out in the service agreement they will still charge you they will then bully and threaten you if you refuse to pay all after they have ignored emails failed to deliver audits set out in their agreement that would of rectified the issues long before it resulted in non payment. Johnathan their managing director believes he is in some way above his obligations set out in his service agreement. He will not address issues you raise and simply terminate your services with threats to “take things further”. We are a small family gym. Our members have complained about dirt in the gym we have had to increase staffed hours to make up for the poor cleaning, we have lost members and failed to sign some members up because of their service and Johnathan believes it appropriate to ignore all the facts even when faced with cctv evidence of poor practice and simply demand payment. Do not be bullied by this company. Avoid at all costs they are cowboys"
