Reviews
"Had a Boxing Day walk with family on a circular route through the wood. Beautiful winter woodland with unseen birds singing on a crisp, dry morning. A little boggy in places after torrential rains but no problems for walking boots. Just glorious."
"Went here only because we were in the area but had a wonderful autumnal dog walk. Good paths, short and long walks available but you can also free style off the beaten track. Will go back!"
"Great place for dog walking, or just for a leisurely stroll. Paths are well kept and there is signage to help you explore. The road into the parking is more suitable for off roaders, but this is the woods after all."
"Great place to walk dogs especially when it is hot. Tree cover drops the temperature a lot. Can stick to the wide paths or take a quieter path into woods. On some paths you can walk for 30 minutes without seeing anyone else. Car park is a bit rough so go slowly when you turn off the road. Never not be able to park even on weekends."
