"Pleasantly surprised by the supplies and how they are fairly priced such as the sand etc. The Livestock is good quality and although it can sometimes be a couple quid more than Pets At Home etc the range is amazing in comparison and they don't come with parasites like other stores."

"Lovely space to view and purchase fish and other aquatic bits. You can also pay £1 for a tub of fish food to feed the koi. My 2 and 4 year old grandchildren love this"

"Visiting this shop regularly since 2016 and in shock how much worse it gets during last few months. Dirty tanks and much worse fish choice and condition than 2-3 years ago. Staff of Havant branch should learn from the Southsea one how to run it. Need good inspection and shake up by the Head Office as it ashame for Maidenhead Aquarics brand."

"Loads of fish. More extensive range than some of their other stores. Good range of plants & corals. No freshwater snails which is a shame as this is the reason I went in and I’ve been struggling to find any locally. Small selection of saltwater snails (dwarf & bumblebee). I have seen freshwater snails in other Maidenhead Aquatics and it seems that each store has a different type or in this stores case, none. I was able to find basic fish flakes at a good price of £14.99 for a 240g pot and get another pot free. I also bought a pack of aquarium substrate for £4.99 for a 2kg pack, they have a variety of colours and sizes to chose from. Well presented store, clear floors and tidy."

"very disappointed with my visit to your shop. I was going to spend a lot of money on fish an other bit tank related . but the chap that served me didn't want to compromise in any way. I've been in the hobby for over 40 year . sorry this is the worst shop I have ever been in needless to say I won't be going back there. can't describe how let down I feel. found somewhere else now where you get a good flexible service all the staff there were totally amazing"
