"Genuinely the sign of a great store sometimes is not how they deal with everything going to plan, but how they deal with issues. I twice had quite bad issues with a Longines watch and I have to say the way the store, and specifically Paige, dealt with this was exemplary. Nothing was too much work, and they never asked me to be without the watch when it was purchased faulty, just swapped it over. I heartily recommend shopping here as you can trust you will be well looked after, Paige is a total Legend!"
