"Went to send DHL parcel. The lady manager Diane started filling details about my shipment. The parcel was going to the USA and as she started to fill the details and asked if the shipping address has any post code to which I responded "of course" she then gave me the a very nasty look. I believe that a manager should be more than aware that any address in the USA has post code. Very incompetent and was acting as i was at fault somewhere. Horrible experience in general. Would consider sending my items trough another courier rather than to get such attitude at this shop"
