"Absolutely shocking service, they attempted to fix an oven in my rental property and could not even use the multimeter correctly. They then ordered 4 parts that were not required. As it was only the oven heating element that was at fault. Yet they attempted to charge me for a new oven element, a grill element a new fan motor and a new fan blade. Just so you know on certain types of ovens the fan will only kick in on a thermostat once the oven is up to temperature, but of course I suppose your workers aren’t to know that as they only do the job full time!!!!!! I will not pay the call out fee either and if you want to attempt to test me then feel free to take me to court."
"Avoid at all costs. Insisted on sending someone around to diagnose problem - even though I'd told them what the problem was over the phone. He was there 5 mins, and told me what I already knew. They then ordered the wrong part, came back, found they couldn't fit it, then they went completely incognito. My dishwasher is still in pieces from their 'engineer'. I tried repeatedly to contact them, they don't pick up the phone to my number, and don't reply to text messages. When I threatened to contact my credit card company, finally I got a response, and was told I'd paid for a diagnosis nothing more, and they have a problem with their account with Neff, so couldn't order me the correct part, but would be happy to fit it if I ordered it. I asked them what the part number was - then they've got incognito again. 3 months now without a dishwasher. Total waste of time and money. Use someone else, anyone else."
"Very good experience. My dryer element broke on my combo washing machine. Disaster for me living in a flat with no garden. Engineer came out next day. Even a bit early. Quickly diagnosed the issue and ordered the part. Few days later fitted the new part and been working perfectly since. Reasonable prices and friendly engineer. Will definitely use again should I have any more appliance problems. Thank you"
"Can't recommend this company enough, 5 star service. I stupidly bought a new cooker without doing proper research regarding voltage and the disconnection process of the old one and was having a bit of a panic but I rang Fix My Appliance and spoke to a lovely man called Ian who gave me lots of useful advice and reassurance. I called late afternoon on Tuesday and two very professional gentlemen came to disconnect my old cooker and install the new one late Thursday morning. The price was very reasonable and included disposal of my old cooker. Will be recommending to friends and family."
