"C3 Picasso Vtr+. Supply and fit Heated Back Light. We ordered this Rear Screen on Tuesday morning from National Windscreens Portsmouth who said that they could fit it on Thursday morning either am or pm, so we choose am and arrived to a warm welcome by the staff just before 10am the appointed time. The fitter ran me through the company procedures in a professional way and literally just got on with the job. We sat in a comfortable waiting area for about 40 mins until the screen was fitted, car interior was vacuumed then the fitter confirmed work had gone to plan, gave us advice about the curing time of the screen and then we then left to go home after settling up. From start to finish this was less than 48hours. We can only say that we were extremely impressed with everything from start to finish. A very professional company here in Warren Avenue Portsmouth."
"I'm a trade user, been trying for a week to get a price and availability to get a screen done for a customer.... on hold for over 30 mins on six occasions then line goes dead, finally get through to the call centre (previously could speak directly to a branch)..got told I'd get called back with a quote...still waiting.... only a straightforward Vauxhall too!! Yet the rep keeps coming out to drum up business.... waste of time"
"Booked a morning slot for my windscreen, its now 14:50 and still not here. Waited 32 minutes to get through, to be told my appointment has been cancelled so I’ve waited all day for nothing. Not happy at all. Also had the wrong address even though I told the man the postcode on the phone! Now have to wait 4 days to get it done with a huge crack in my windscreen."
