"I was in this shop with my partner on St. Stevens day. We were shopping like everyone else there, which was going good. We were trying a few cloths beside the mirror on the floor, as everyone was doing the same. The changing rooms were closed due to Stevens day. Then all of a sudden, we were approached and confronted by one of the Managers abruptly, which she told us to move out of the way and go to a different mirror, because we were blocking other shoppers. This was very unprofessional in my opinion as many other people were in the same place, using the same mirror as we were. The mirrors are there for using, not for an ornament. I feel the shop is poorly managed and there are no proper instructions. Also, the staff didn't seem to be trained up to scratch with the company's policy's or procedures, as when I asked about the exchange/refund procedure, I got a different answer off everyone. I have given this a 3 star as the cloths were good quality and there were great sales on. Only for this, I wouldn't even give it a 2 star."
"Went here today and bought a lovely Jacket . Their children’s clothes are gorgeous if a little pricey. A charming girl called Natalie served me and looked after me . Would shop here again as had a good experience."
