"Great selection of clothes for men, women and children especially, woeful staff."
"Firstly, staff should be sanitising and cleaning especially during these covid times. This is clearly not the case as there is dust all over the shoes and shoe area of the mens department. Secondly, the young boy and girl in the mens department were woeful. No hello, no please, no thank you, no customer service whatsoever. The girl completely ignored me and didn't say a word when I first approached the counter. Those two clearly did not want to be there. Management need to get onto this as these are pure retail basics. Terrible!"
"The top floor of this shop is constantly inaccessible to those in wheelchairs or with buggies. Why they insist on having a baby section that cant be accessed by anyone using a buggy is utterly beyond me. We have stopped shopping with them after years of loyal custom. I cant imagine they'll be open much longer"
