Our dog is a rescue, and can be nervous and unpredictable, but the staff did a great job in keeping her calm and reassuring her. she looks, smells and feels amazing! "The staff were friendly to both humans and dogs and seemed experienced. They listened to our ideas and gave us helpful and constructive advice. The clipping area is open and can be viewed by customers but the washing facilities are out of sight. There isn't really anywhere to wait and watch the whole process. The grooming took just under 2 hours and our puppy looked good and seemed happy. She also smelt really nice as they'd spritzed her with something fruity. Price seemed reasonable to me for the time spent."
