Reviews
"Meal took 45 minutes, steak over cooked and dry, cold inside. A decent stop if you are head pressed, but could have been warmer, cleaner and better cooked (Sunday roast overcooked along with veg)"
"We stopped by for lunch this past Sunday and I have to stay it was an absolute pleasure to have met Rosemary, she was genuine and offered the best service we’ve experienced in the county. The food was delicious so we’ll head back soon"
"Came here after a trip, I had a Guinness and lamb roast which was really nice. It’s a lovely place!"
"Lovely country pubs, like this one, are suffering. The road outside was very quiet on a Thursday and so was the pub. Rosemarie, the landlady looked after us wonderfully. TEA and Dark Star beers on tap we're great and 4 of us all enjoyed the steak pie meals and deserts. A place like this needs people and with only 4 of us visiting, it cannot survive. Please go and admire the drawings and pictures too."
