"Only gave it a 1 star rating because I couldn’t do any less. My family and I have travelled back home to Scunthorpe after living away for years. On two separate occasions my family and I went into the club shop planning on purchasing many souvenirs and tops to take back with us as we are very proud to be from Scunthorpe and very proud Scunthorpe Football Club supporters. However we were served by a dark haired older woman who was clearly miserable and unhappy to be working in customer service. She was very rude and abrupt, telling us to “hurry up” whilst we looked around. We left not long after entering and without purchasing anything at all."
