"I had booked in for a tattoo and I found the lady a bit unwelcoming, but that was fine I still put down a deposit. I was horrified and saddened to read on social media that she was imploring people to stay away for 4-6 weeks (however length of time that’s supposed to be, is it 4 or 6 weeks?) to get a tattoo after they get vaccinated. I fall into the 3 weeks. I was so annoyed I didn’t even contact her about it and just lost my deposit. She didn’t try to contact me about why I wasn’t there. The deposit was £200. On top of this im pretty high risk so I wouldn't feel safe going to a tattooist - where confidence in their following standard hygiene procedures and health recommendations should be paramount."
"Really friendly staff very nice and if getting your first tattoo they make it not to be sore compared to what people say it would. They make you feel really welcome and chat to you"
"I recently got my ear pierced (the top off the ear) and I really have to say how great the service was. I was given a coffee while I waited and I was shown a number of options for ear rings to chose from! The customer service was excellent and since going they have taken the time to link in with me re how well my healing has progressed. Everything was really clean and the assistant took the time to ensure I was happy with where the piercing would be placed on my ear! Really recommend this place and would go back again!"
"Really poor in my experience the person couldn't to draw my specific design, everything for me had to be done on a printer, I have had another tattoo from an artist and they were able give me different suggestions based on the space I was giving them, however the artists here simple printed off my design and gave me no alterations so it does exactly fit the shape of my arm. I knew exactly what I wanted, however they seemed to take that as a light suggestion, and there were a lot of difference from my initial design, which I mind a lot because I will have this forever and instead of being happy with the way it looks I am very disappointed . Ill admit the tattoo might not look that bad to those that do not know the initial design but it makes me very sad considering the money I have spent and how much it meant to me. I was quoted around 250 and this is quite good but it ended up being around 380, having previously gotten other tattoos I know it is not really about the money but how well its done but honestly I wish I knew how it would have ended up as I would have spend more money if necessary to get what I wanted like I specified. I understand that this is a very reasonable priced place and I have seen some of their nice stuff, however if you do get a tattoo be specific and make sure they do exactly what you ask for and finally make sure you are willing to spend more that you think you will, one of the most infuriating aspect of getting it done here was the amount of endless waiting, there was. I spent almost an hour where one of the people who was going to do my tattoo was looking on the Internet for a rose that she could print off instead of drawing the design I wanted and after that she decided she couldn't do it and passed it on to another person, who went to lunch after about 15 to 20 minutes later, leaving me sitting waiting. It was a very disappointing experience but in terms of cheaper options to get a tattoo they are good, I decide to get it done there only because it was close to where I was staying but I will know better next time."
