"We used Xebra accounting for 18 months and had a very poor experience. Communication was terrible & our statutory account filing was delayed for months- when we asked why this was we were told that they had 'lost' records of our existence. We had a number of other issues with Xebra related to their poor communication and some very disjointed operational management. We have had an apology and ALOT of excuses but no real accountability from the owner, Guy, who arrogantly told us that 'we win awards for our customer service' but who has not attempted to call us ever. I feel that this company enjoys the praise when things go well but are not very good at accepting criticism or responsibility when things go wrong. We were sold an external finance team for our small business- what we got was stress and disappointment."
