"Had to take in a prescription as my chosen pharmacy did not have the item in stock and I needed the item immediately. Older female member of boots pharmacy staff was so rude and unhelpful. She told me the item was in but I had to return to my chosen pharmacy to release the prescription. Her explanation was not clear and the pharmacy was quiet, she kind of dismissed my lack of understanding. Thank goodness her younger colleague recognised my distress and said, just sit down I'll sort it our. This she did. Can't believe the first staff members awful customer attitude. I told the pharmacist who dispensed my prescription about her unhelpful colleague, also told her about the really helpful one. Boots you need to get some of your staff properly trained in customer facing skills."
