"Won't serve you if you have a bicycle, so you have to leave it outside to get stolen. Because having a bicycle is a danger to them when they're behind a window? Ridiculous. Edit in reply: I've been served at least 8 times in the past year having a bike with me, so there's zero consistency. When I asked the staff member if there's somewhere to lock it I was just told to leave it outside. Lost not only me as a customer but my partner too. Repeat prescription has been moved. Your staff need training on how to speak to paying customers"
