"Unreliable - do not use. We paid £140 to pre-book two taxis back from a wedding at midnight. Both cabs didn’t arrive. They then said there would be a wait of at least 1.5 hours, leaving us stranded in the countryside in the middle of the night."

We confirmed our booking 2 days in advance. 11 people are sitting in a hotel post wedding without any way to get back home. This is appalling. They can offer no alternative. Shocking service."

"Taxi booked to and from a friend's wedding. Terrible service. Taxis were late by up to 40mins. Incorrect number of taxis sent at 1am, we were told that we had made a mistake when booking and ordered 17 taxis instead of taxis for 17 people. Instead of calling us to clarify, they decided to cancel all but 3 taxis, without telling us. Spent over 1hr calling them to be told that they could not help us. Saved by the drivers who came back for us. Appalling service all round. A disgrace to the town of Shrewsbury."
