"Two visits, two totally different experiences. Visit 1, booked a short break, female representative wore a face mask, friendly and helpful. Visit 2, had to call in to cancel or rearrange the break, male representative didn't wear a mask an encouraged us to remove ours, told us we would lose all the money paid if we cancelled, contrary to terms and conditions for cancelling on tour operators website. He told us that he would telephone the tour operator and then telephone me. To date five working days later and we still haven't been contacted? Are Ashley Adams trying to go out of business?"
