"We booked our dog in about a month ago for his second stay here. His first stay went very well however this morning when we arrived to drop him off our interaction with Stephanie was not a positive one, she spoke to us very rude. She told us we needed the original copy of his vaccination certificate. This is totally fine, however last time she was happy to accept an emailed copy from our vet. She wouldn't explain why the rules have changed. Again, it is completely fine to want the original copy, but changing the rules without letting us know in advance wasn't fair. It meant we would have to go back home to get it and bring it back when we already had travel plans, which have now been missed. She also told us she doesn't accept beds and only uses her own because dogs can rip them up. This is understandable, however the last time we left our dog there she did accept everything (bed, blankets and a toy). We have no proof here but we got the impression that none of the things we left with our dog were actually given to him in the kennel. So between these inconsistencies and the rude way we were spoken to we won't be using this service again. We understand having rules, but you cannot change them without giving your customers notice and expect that to be ok. We made this booking weeks ago, there was plenty of time to let us know the new rules. I work in customer service, I understand we all have bad days, that's normal. But if we are trusting you to care for our dog, we need consistency. We need to be confident that what you tell us will be followed through."

"I leave my dog in Stephanies for grooming and in kennels and have to say shes fantastic very friendly helpful and has sucha love for dogs! Cant complain Molly is well looked after shes bathed, groomed before we get her from in the kennels and walked every day when we leave her in and dont have to worry as i know shes in the best of care with Stephanie highly reccomened!:)"
"Very poor experience. Last few times my dogs stayed here they were both sick for days after arriving home. When booking the kennel next time I asked Stephanie if I can see inside the kennel, she said I have seen it already. I replied I only seen outside kennels, not the inside ones where my dogs were to stay. The reply was and I am now copying her message “you have seen what I have to offer . So if you are not happy please find an alternative kennels ”. If Stephanie has nothing to hide why can I not see the inside kennels? Very rude. And very suspicious. I would recommend to stay away if you do not want sick dogs or otherwise insist on seeing the kennel."
